Where we work, and what each area does to roofs

We are based in Eagle. From there we cover the Treasure Valley and run north into the mountains. Each of these places puts a different kind of stress on a roof.

Boise, Idaho

The valley's most varied housing stock, from pre-war North End homes to new Harris Ranch builds. 15 to 25 minutes from our shop.

Nampa, Idaho

Historic homes near downtown, new growth at the edges, and a lot of agricultural outbuildings. Real hail exposure.

Kuna, Idaho

High desert exposure. Full sun, hard wind, and roofs aging faster than their rated life would suggest.

Star, Idaho

One of Idaho's fastest-growing towns, minutes from our Eagle shop. Mostly new construction on open river-plain ground.

Not sure whether you are in range?

Call 208-550-9387 and ask. We will give you a straight yes or no rather than driving out. That goes for Mountain Home, Emmett, Horseshoe Bend, and the towns between the valley and McCall too and adding a travel charge to the estimate. If a property is far enough out that travel genuinely factors in, you hear it before we come, not after.

Two climates, one company

Valley roofs and mountain roofs fail differently

Treasure Valley

Heat cycling and UV breakdown through summer, wind creasing that never shows from the ground, hail events in Canyon County, and attic ventilation that was built to code minimum rather than to what the attic needs. Asphalt shingle dominates and ventilation quality decides how long it lasts.

McCall and Donnelly

Snow load on the structure, ice damming at the eaves, meltwater backing up under the courses, and freeze-thaw cycling that tears at everything. Metal usually wins, extended ice-and-water membrane is not optional, and where the snow lands when it sheds is a design decision made before installation.
