An exceptional experience! Justin is very knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to reach and great at follow-up. Very helpful in assisting with the insurance process. Price was very competitive. Would definitely recommend and if needed would use again.
Tru Armor provided a fair price, was very easy to deal with and did a quality job. Crew was respectful, very professional and did a thorough job cleaning up when they were done. First rate operation.
We needed a roof inspection as a result of a hail and wind storm. Justin Pontius from Tru Armor Roofing was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He came out and did the inspection and told us we needed to get the roof replaced because of the hail damage. Justin came back out to meet with our insurance adjustor to ensure he saw all the damage Justine identified. The adjustor approved our claim for an entire roof replacement. Justin supervised the replacement work and then he provided us with the documentation we needed to send to our insurance company to settle the claim. I know that Justin provided the same comprehensive service to several other neighbors who also had roof damage from the hail storm. Even with all this comprehensive service, Tru Armor’s bid to replace my roof was extremely competitive. I highly recommend Tru Armor Roofing and Justin Pontius.
Great job by Justin and team. Very happy with new roof.
Justin was great! He came quickly to do an estimate for our hail damage and even met our claims adjuster. They did the work within 2 weeks. They were fast and did an awesome job! I highly recommend them.
We just had our roof replaced due to hail damage. Tru Amor Roofing did an excellent job. Justin was outstanding to work with. He remembered everything we would talk about and get back to us in a very timely manner. I can’t praise Justin enough.
Tru Armor was replacing my neighbor’s roof. I’m recently temporarily handicapped and currently unable to do the repair myself, so I hobbled over and asked the team doing the work if there was any chance they could help me replace a couple of missing shingles. Jose was very helpful and put me in touch with the owner, Justin. Justin personally called me, and after I explained the situation, he made it a priority to come out as soon as possible. He actually came out himself with one of his guys and personally saw to the repair getting done! I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service, especially considering this was such a small repair. The fact that the owner took the time to personally call me, come to my home, and see to the repair being taken care of says a lot about how they run their business. The repair looks great, and they also did a fantastic job on my neighbor’s roof. I really appreciate Jose for connecting me with Justin and Justin for going above and beyond to help me out. It’s refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares about taking care of people. I would absolutely recommend them!
I referred Justin, with Tru Armor Roofing, to MULTIPLE clients of mine when I was an insurance agent at Farm Bureau Insurance from 2019-2025. He was always reliable, very knowledgeable, and cared about the client first. Also, his price was better like 90% of the time. Justin and Tru Armor truly live to serve their clients!
I trust Craig and Justin 100%. Super guys with deep knowledge and integrity. I’ve been a General contractor for over 2 decades, and I’m confident to recommend them to you.
Justin estimated, bid and completed our roof. The price was fair and communication was top notch. The roof itself was done quickly and the quality is great! Highly recommend.
Justin and his team were great to work with. He was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish, always keeping us informed and addressing any questions quickly. The project stayed on schedule and on budget, and his crew worked efficiently while doing a quality job with both the installation and cleanup. We’re a multi-unit complex, and they completed three roofs within four days. Justin and Craig are knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely care about the quality of their work. I’d definitely recommend Tru Armor Roofing.
Very Highly Recommended: Handled shingle and gutter problems with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. Friendly and easy to work with. Excellent / A+
We were referred to TruArmor roofing by our son and daughter-in-law as they had just had a roof for their new home done by this company. Very professional and a complete job quote. They had to deal with working around winter weather, but did a beautiful job and so happy to have the snow-ice sheet applied under our new shingles. The installer did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the work! We highly recommend this company for your roofing jobs!
Justin Pontius was very professional and arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do after reviewing the inspection report. He finished promptly. I would strongly recommend Tru Armor Roofing to everyone.
These guys are awesome! Craig and Justin put you first in every way. They are the type of people you want performing major work on your home!
Craig, Justin and their team were amazing! From the very thorough estimate, to the crew applying the ice and water shield quickly to get our roof protected prior to the metal material arriving, to the crew being respectful of our home and property, this whole process was a positive one! Their price was competitive and warranty is great! The team is getting ready to install our parents roof, as well! Highly recommend Tru Armor!
Justin and Craig got us a bid within a day or two of me contacting them. The price was great and the warranty was better than other quotes I received. The crew that worked at our house was respectful and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. I highly recommend them if you need your roof repaired or replaced.
I can’t thank Tru Armor Roofing enough. Fast, Quality, and a Good Price - you never expect to see all 3 from an organization but that is what I received along with great service from Justin and Craig. My roof had serious issues and they got to work, putting together a fantastic finished product.
Tru Armor Roofing did an outstanding job installing my new roof earlier this year. Justin and Craig were professional, explaining every detail in their bid and guiding me to choose the best shingle for my home. The final result looks fantastic, and I’m thrilled with their work. Highly recommend!
Justin has been an outstanding resource, having now repaired two different areas on our roof with expertise and great attention to detail - all at reasonable cost! Thanks!!!
Tru Armor Roofing exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding.
Every review on this page comes from a real customer on Google, where reviews cannot be edited or filtered by us. The count grows one finished roof at a time, and that is exactly how we want it.

If you have worked with us, a review takes two minutes and helps the next homeowner in your neighborhood decide who to trust. The most useful ones mention the things people actually worry about: whether we communicated, whether we cleaned up, and whether the final price matched the estimate.
